Position: Teacher of food cooking Department.

Responsibility:

  • Vietnamese food cooking trainer.

- Monngon Restaurant.  

Position:  Restaurant Manager

Responsibility:

  • Manager plans menu, ensure the quality and quantity of the food before it is served to customer.
  • Schedule all restaurant staff.
  • Arrange traning to restaurant staffs when required to meet the standard of the restaurant.

  • Ensure that operations the different outlets of the restaurant group are operating smoothly and that all health and sanitary standards are maintained.
  • Report weekly to the owner about the performance of the restaurant chain as whole and consolusion operation.
